ABOUT OLUVYA ART, Art by Olivia Jackson
Olivia Jackson is a self-taught artist based in Scotland. What began as a personal form of therapy soon became something much more meaningful. Olivia had found a quiet, focused space where she could slow down, create, & become completely absorbed in the process of painting.
Two years ago, moving from the Scottish Highlands to Glasgow & with limited space in her rented home, she turned her walls into an ever-evolving gallery, filling them with paintings & drawings.
As friends & family began to admire her work, Olivia was encouraged to share her art beyond the walls of her home. What was once created purely for herself could now be enjoyed by others, not only through a screen, but as something tangible to live with & appreciate in their own spaces.
Today, Olivia creates original artwork, prints & commissions, with each piece reflecting the same sense of connection, focus & enjoyment that first drew her to painting.
